Getting Started

How do I create my first trip?

Tap the “New Trip” tab at the bottom of the screen. Enter your trip title, select your RV type, add your starting location (tap the location button to auto-detect), and enter your destination. Tap “Start This Adventure” to begin.

How do I add memories to a trip?

Open your trip and tap “Add Memory.” You can take a photo, choose from your library, record a voice note, and add a text note. Your location is detected automatically.

How do I delete a trip?

On the My Adventures screen, press and hold any trip card for about 1 second. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to delete the trip and all its memories.

 

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BTDT Adventures. You can cancel or change your plan there. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What subscription plans are available?

BTDT Adventures offers two plans:

•       Monthly: $9.99/month

•       Annual: $99.99/year (save 2 months)

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled through Apple. Contact Apple Support at apple.com/support for billing questions.

 

Troubleshooting

Why isn’t the AI story generating?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. The AI needs at least one memory with a note to generate a meaningful story. Try adding a note to one of your memories and generating again.

Why aren’t my photos showing up?

Photos require a connection to upload. If you took a photo on spotty signal, pull down to refresh your trip feed once you’re on WiFi or stronger signal.

The app isn’t finding my location. What do I do?

Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → BTDT Adventures and make sure location access is set to “While Using the App” or “Always.”

How do I delete a memory from a trip?

Inside any trip, tap the trash icon in the bottom right corner of any memory card. You will be asked to confirm before it is deleted.

 

Privacy & Data

What data does BTDT Adventures collect?

We collect trip data, photos, voice notes, and GPS coordinates you create within the app. See our full Privacy Policy at btdtadventures.com/privacy-policy for complete details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Email support@btdtadventures.com with your request and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
