Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BTDT Adventures (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BTDT Adventures, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
BTDT Adventures is a mobile application designed for RV travelers to document, share, and relive their adventures. Features include trip logging, photo and GPS capture, voice memos, AI-generated trip summaries, campground discovery, and RV park partner integrations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
5. Subscription and Payment
BTDT Adventures offers the following subscription plans:
• Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Annual: $99.99 per year (billed annually)
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
7. User Content
"User Content" means any photos, text, audio, location data, trip logs, or other content you upload, submit, or transmit through the App.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BTDT Adventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the following purposes:
• Operating and improving the App
• Providing personalized features and AI-generated content
• Partner marketing purposes as described in Section 8 below
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate any third-party rights; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
8. Photo Usage and RV Park Partner Marketing
BTDT Adventures partners with RV parks and campgrounds ("Park Partners") to provide enhanced discovery features and authentic traveler content. By using the App, you agree to the following:
8.1 Partner Photo License. You grant BTDT Adventures a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photos for Park Partner marketing purposes, subject to the conditions in this Section.
8.2 AI Photo Filtering. Before any photo is shared with a Park Partner, BTDT Adventures applies automated artificial intelligence screening to identify and exclude photos containing identifiable individuals, faces, or personally identifying information. Only landscape, scenery, RV, and non-personal photos are eligible for partner use.
8.3 Geographic Limitation. Photos are only eligible for use by the Park Partner located at or nearest to the GPS coordinates recorded when the photo was taken.
8.4 Opt-Out. Partner photo sharing is enabled by default. You may opt out at any time by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Partner Photo Sharing and toggling the feature off. Opting out does not affect your use of any other App features.
8.5 User Representation. By uploading photos, you represent that: (a) you own the photo or have rights to license it; (b) to the best of your knowledge, the photo does not contain identifiable individuals without their consent; and (c) you consent to the automated screening and potential partner use described above.
8.6 Sponsored Content Disclosure. RV Park Partners who pay for featured placement within the App are identified with a "Sponsored Partner" badge. This disclosure is made in compliance with FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by BTDT Adventures, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Supabase, and mapping providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BTDT ADVENTURES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BTDT Adventures, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Howard County, Indiana. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
